60 Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Essential SmileKit® Store. If you are not satisfied with your SmileKit® order, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund of the price you paid for the product.
Free Returns
Returns are free. If you need to send your order back, we will cover the return postage. Contact us first so we can give you the return instructions.
Returns Window
Please contact us to start a return within 30 days of delivery, and send the goods back to us within that period. Items should be returned with their original packaging where possible.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at info@smilekit.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply with return instructions.
- Once we receive and check your return, we will issue your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return, or of us agreeing to refund you under the 60 day guarantee. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to the exceptions in the Consumer Contracts Regulations (for example, sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery).
